In Chassidut (especially Chabad thought — Tanya, Torah Or),

the guf (body) is a kli (vessel) for Divine Light.

Not a burden. Not a shame.

A deliberate creation, lovingly hand-crafted by Hashem.

The part known as ‫( ברית‬Brit) — the covenantal root —

is called Yesod (Foundation) in the Sefirot.

It’s the bridge for connection, creation, and sacred flow.

Kabbalah Move:

Instead of shame —

activate Shmirat HaYesod — Guarding the Foundation.

Honor the body as a bridge between the Infinite and the world.

This principle applies not just to Brit/Yesod —

but to any part of the body-soul system:
