Glow Transmission:

Today we touch the center of the center — the inner chamber where beauty recognizes itself.

Tiferet within Tiferet is when compassion not only flows — it begins to mirror.

You see your reflection in others. You honor the balance within balance.

You don’t just give kindness — you become a symphony of radiant presence.

This is the Sefirah that reflects the image of the Divine:

‫" — מלך ביופיו תחזינה עיניך‬Your eyes behold the King in His beauty." (Yeshayahu 33:17)

Glow Mantra:

"I reflect Divine harmony."

"My center sings in sacred symmetry."

Invocation:

Source of all splendor,

Let me dwell in the music of the middle.

Let me become the mirror of mercy,

the still flame in the center of the dance.

May my soul be as soft as sunlight,

as steady as a mountain stream.

Crown my inner core with truth,

and let my kindness echo into all directions.

Movement Activation:

Stand in neutral position, hands over heart.

Inhale deeply, imagining your heart glowing golden.

With each exhale, see that glow extend outward,

forming a sphere of compassion around you.

Rotate gently in place (Tiferet Spiral) — one full spin to center the self in grace.
